SHIPPING POLICY
The
stock status of our items is updated daily. On rare occasions it is
possible that at the time of your purchase we may be out stock due to
our system not updating in time. You will be notified if your item is
backordered.
We reserve the right to use alternate shipping
companies like DHL or Fed Ex at our discretion, as long as delivery
time to you will not be hindered.
FREE SHIPPING: Free
Shipping only applies to orders over $99 that qualify. If an item has
a GREEN TRUCK icon it will qualify. If you order total is under $99,
you will be charged shipping even if your item has a GREEN TRUCK. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or a country outside the U.S. must select USPS Express as a shipping option.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Via UPS, most items ship via next day air (see restricted item categories below). This service in NOT a guarantee of delivery. If you live in a rural area, it is possible you will not receive your order next day. If
you select next day air shipping, your order must be received by 12 pm
CST (noon) to ensure it will go out that day. If we ship on time, but UPS fails to deliver next day, we are not responsible for the delay. We will file a claim with UPS to get the shipping charges refunded, but we can not guarantee that the claim will be accepted.
If an order can not ship
same day when received before noon CST, you will be notified and given
an option to cancel or have your next day
charges refunded. No
weekend deliveries.
Next day shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous US States.
ATTENTION: The following items are NOT eligible for NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not accept credit card transactions for orders outside the US. Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Visit www.paypal.com to sign up for an account
Please allow 1-5 days handling time for international shipments.
ATTENTION: The following items are NOT eligible for shipments outside the US:
- Trolling Motors
- Cannon Downriggers and accessories
- Loc R Bar
- Metal Detectors
- Towable Tubes
- Other items that may be regarded as too large or too heavy.

RETURN POLICY:
There is a 30 day limit on all returns from the point of receipt to submitting a request. If
there is a
warranty issue with a product, the warranty will be covered by the
manufacturer, please contact them directly. We do not pay for return
shipping for any returns, unless we have shipped the incorrect item
from that which was ordered. You must
contact us prior to any return for an RMA #.
Any
opened and/or used product will receive a 20% restocking charge. If
the item is damaged or worn from any type of use, we will not accept the
return, nor will we offer any credit. We DO
NOT accept returns for used boat propellers, however you may exchange a
propeller directly with the manufacturer.
If you paid for shipping, those charges will not be refunded.
In the event that your order was shipped incorrectly, we will assume all shipping charges to correct your order.
