Shipping Policy.
The stock status of our items is updated daily. On rare occasions it is possible that at the time of your purchase we may be out stock due to our system not updating in time. You will be notified if your item is backordered.
We reserve the right to use alternate shipping companies like DHL or Fed Ex at our discretion, as long as delivery time to you will not be hindered.
FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping only applies to orders over $99 that qualify. If an item has a GREEN TRUCK icon it will qualify. If you order total is under $99, you will be charged shipping even if your item has a GREEN TRUCK.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING: If you select next day air shipping, your order must be received by 12 pm CST (noon) to ensure it will go out that day. If an order can not ship same day when received before noon CST, you will be notified and given an option to cancel or have your next day charges refunded. We are not responsible for unforeseen delayed transit time by the carrier and will not offer credit if the carrier fails to delivery the order in the specified amount of time. No weekend deliveries.
ATTENTION: The following items are NOT eligible for NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please allow 1-5 days handling time for international shipments.

Refund Policy.
If their is a warranty issue with a product, the warranty will be covered by the manufacturer. Their is a 30 day limit on all returns. You must contact us prior to any return. Any returns of opened, non-defective product will receive a 20% restocking charge. Any unopened returns will be subject to a full refund, less shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct $10 for shipping charges incurred by us, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the rare event that your order was shipped incorrectly, we will assume all shipping charges to correct your order.
Fraud Prevention.
We take fraud very seriously. If you use a fraudulent credit card, we will notify the authorities of your transaction, regardless of your location, domestic or international. We have already been responsible for the prosecution of many individuals guilty of using stolen credit cards.
