SHIPPING POLICY
The
stock status of our items is updated daily. On rare occasions it is
possible that at the time of your purchase we may be out stock due to
our system not updating in time. You will be notified if your item is
backordered.
We reserve the right to use alternate shipping
companies like DHL or Fed Ex at our discretion, as long as delivery
time to you will not be hindered.
FREE SHIPPING: Free
Shipping only applies to orders over $99 that qualify. If an item has
a GREEN TRUCK icon it will qualify. If you order total is under $99,
you will be charged shipping even if your item has a GREEN TRUCK.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Via
DHL, most items ship via next day air (see restricted item categories
below). This service in NOT a guarantee of delivery. If you live in a rural area, it is possible you will not receive your order next day. If
you
select next day air shipping, your order must be received by 12 pm
CST (noon) to ensure it will go out that day. If we ship on time, but
DHL fails to deliver next day, we are not responsible for the delay and
will not refund the next day charges.
If an order can not ship
same day when received before noon CST, you will be notified and given
an option to cancel or have your next day
charges refunded. No
weekend deliveries
ATTENTION: The following items are NOT eligible for NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING:
- Nauticus brand trim tabs and accessories
- Hustler or Express boat propellers
- Loc R Bar
- SportStuff and Body Glove tubes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not accept credit card transactions for orders outside the US. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.
Please allow 1-5 days handling time for international shipments.
** The following items are not eligible for shipments outside the US:
- Trolling Motors
- Loc R Bar
- Metal Detectors
RETURN POLICY:
There is a 30 day limit on all returns. If there is a
warranty issue with a product, the warranty will be covered by the
manufacturer. We do not pay for return shipping for any returns, unless we have shipped the incorrect item. You must
contact us prior to any return for an RMA #.
Any opened and/or used product will receive a 20% restocking charge.
We DO NOT accept returns for used boat propellers, however you may
exchange a propeller directly with the manufacturer.
In the event that your order was shipped incorrectly, we will assume all shipping charges to correct your order.
